Like some of you know, I love Alexander McQueen. And I am glad to announce that today he is going to receive the Outstanding Achievement Award at the British Fashion Awards.
McQueen has won for four times the awards for British Designer of the Year. This time the British Fashion Council specially creates the Outstanding Achievement Award for the huge impact that McQueen has with his advanced designs in the fashion world.
When they open the show they will show a movie about McQueens most iconic designs. This movie is made by photographer Nick Knight and one of McQueens muzes Björk is going to sing.
