Do It Yourself Campaign

The campaigns of Rag & Bone are always one of my favorite. For their fall 2011 Models Miranda Kerr, Karolina Kurkova and Carolyn Murphy did a Do It Yourself campaign. Capturing the top models sport the label’s autumn collection in locations varying from New York to New Zealand. Take a look at the photos and tell me what you think.

On The Road

On the road with Natasha Poly. For the November issue of the Spanish Vogue the story about an easy rider is told. Inspired by the motorcycle culture photographer Lachlan Bailey and Geraldine Saglio did an amazing job. The outfits that Natasha is wearing are from labels such as Loewe, Maison Martin Margiela, Celine and Barbara Bui. I think the smokey eye really gives Natasha the perfect bad girl look.

Fashion Love Affair

Rose Smith gets a retro makeover for the November issue of the Madison Magazine. The photos are made by Carlotta Moya. Rose joins male model Zac Stenmark in a train station love affair. They are wearing a wardrobe of 40’s inspired selects from the collections of Miu Miu, Mulberry and Louis Vuitton.

Gel Bag

Classic bags are a few seasons ago the standard, but this winter there is a new bag. The gel bag from Christopher Kane. The young British designer has create a bag made of transparent plastic, contains a gel-like substance in bright colors like fluorescent yellow with a little blue.

Timeless? No, but I can not resist holding it. A small weakness is the price. The bag cost 485 euros.

Free People Collection

I would like to share a lovely brand with you, Free People. By Free People they really know how to create great layering clothes, which explains why fall is the best season for me. For proof, take a look at their new lookbook Black and White. Some items that I really like are the leather biker jacket, vintage graphic tee and bellbottom jeans. But also the velvet blazer and floral maxi skirt. The looks really capture your imagination.

Etoile Isabel Marant

Isabel Marant, amazing collections with gorgeous clothes. But did you know that their is also a diffusion line called Etoile Isabel Marant. If this little sneak peek is anything to go by, it will be everything that we have come to know and love from the brand. You see floral blouses, cropped jackets, printed harem pants, flowy printed dresses, knit sweaters and many more amazing items. Also the accessories are to die for. Look at the platform sandals, they are must-have shoes for this season.

Like A Tom Boy

Like a tom boy, that was my first reaction when I saw these photos. Pauline van der Cruysse shows great versatility in boyish style while still maintaining ladylike composure in these shots. It is photographed by Aingeru Zorita for the Australian online magazine Razou. The outfits are really structured with echoes of modern Victorian sophistication.

Vicini Shoe Label

By using Parisian scenery as a backdrop. For the Italian shoe label Vicini photographer Hugues Laurent shot these photos. Starring Kasia Szuberska in youthful and modern looks styled by Felipe Mendes. Because of the windswept hair and natural makeup makes the fresh look complete. I really like the location were the photos are made.

French Label Rizal

The French label Rizal offers the perfect cover-up for fall with their latest advertising campaign shot by Sylvie Malfray. Starring Jessica Bertoncelo in lush leather and shearling, the images showed the perfect casual autumn atmosphere with stylist outerwear in camel and tan.

Andrej Pejic In Revue De Modes

Captured amongst nature, mode Andrej Pejic stars in a gorgeous fall story. The photos are made by Giulia Noni for the latest issue of French Revue de Modes. From a flirtation with femininity of Alexander McQueen to the unisex Andrej.
