Mugler’s Japanese Resort

When I saw this lookbook photos I fell in love. The hair, outfits and photos are just perfect. Everything is right. Nicola Formechetti, as creative director and designer Sébastien Peigné look to build a new image for the Mugler brand. The resort 2013 collection offers an outing of streetwear looks with a strong Japanese influence. You can see structured silhouettes in a color palette of red, grey, black, white and powder pink set the tone for the new season. Skirts and pants are high-waisted while tops are strong, almost boxy shoulders. Photos by Frederik Heyman
