NYFW: Narciso Rodriguez Spring 2013

If I had to describe the new collection of Narciso Rodriguez it would be balanced. Because I think this is a balanced collection. You see spare silhouettes, colorful graphics and exquisite cuts.

In his fall collection he showed collaging techniques and in this collection you see this coming back. But this time he furthered his play on construction. You see laminated wood palettes, which he applied in an abstract motif. He also added colorful floral embroidery tops.

I think the textures added a new dimension to Rodriguez’s work.
