Viktor & Rolf SS 2013

The new SS 2013 collection was about old Hollywood glam and was filled with mirrors. The backdrop was a large mirror, clothes were given all kinds of reflecting parts. A drawn print of a classic hand mirror appeared on some looks. Not to mention the large amount of metallic pieces, which fit in with the theme. Really love this detail in the collection.

Between all the shine Viktor and Rolf used a shoft shaded color palette ranging from nude to white and coral to salmon. I think the models has a dreamy feeling. The shoulders were given a strong feeling and playful details such as large bows, the names of the designers as mirrored prints and chunky necklaces.
